Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Our trade showroom is exclusively designed for professional designers, builders, contractors, and their clients. You're welcome to browse in person or take a virtual tour online. For personalized assistance with your selections, our Tile Stylists are available by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, contact us at (480) 422-6700 or inquiry@vtile.com.
Do you work with interior designers?
Absolutely. Designers are the heart of our business. Our tile stylists collaborate with your designer — we never compete with them. We also offer a Designer Program with Preferred, Premier, and Platinum trade tiers that include exclusive pricing and priority services.
What is the Trade Circle?
The Trade Circle is our digital workspace built for design professionals. It allows designers to browse our full catalog, build tile specifications, calculate quantities, request samples, and share selections with clients — all from their desk or tablet. Think of it as your digital extension of the Villagio showroom.
What brands do you carry?
We curate from the world's finest tile makers, including Jeffrey Court, Dune, Alys Edwards, Sonoma Tilemakers, Island Stone, Country Floors, Emil Ceramica, Adex, StoneImpressions, and Maniscalco, among others. Our selection is always evolving — we're constantly sourcing new collections.
What is large format tile?
Large format tile refers to tiles with at least one edge of 15 inches or more — some of our tiles go up to 5 feet. Large format creates a seamless, modern look with fewer grout lines. It's the fastest-growing segment in tile design, and we carry over 500 varieties — the largest selection in Arizona.
Can I order samples?
Yes! You can request samples through the Trade Circle or by visiting the showroom. Designers in our trade program can check out samples directly. We want you to see and touch the tile in your actual space before committing.
Do you sell to the public or just to trade?
Our showroom is primarily designed for professional designers, builders, and contractors and their clients. Homeowners are welcome to browse our collections, but for personalized assistance with selections, we recommend scheduling an appointment. We encourage homeowners to bring their designer or contractor — our Tile Stylists love collaborating with the full design team.
What areas do you serve?
Our showroom is in Scottsdale, but we serve clients throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area including Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Carefree, Gilbert, Mesa, and beyond. We also ship throughout Arizona for larger projects.
How long has Villagio been in business?
Villagio Tile & Stone has served Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area since 2001. Our president, Doug Adamson, has over 30 years of experience in the ceramic tile industry, including previous leadership as CTDA Past President.
Do you offer installation services?
We focus on what we do best — curating and supplying the finest tile and stone. While we don't install directly, we work closely with a network of trusted, experienced installers and can provide referrals for your project.
What is your return policy?
Tile is typically a special-order product, so return policies vary by manufacturer and product type. We recommend requesting samples and confirming your selections before placing a full order. Our tile stylists will walk you through everything before you commit.
Can I see tile installed in a real project?
We're building a project portfolio showcasing completed installations. In the meantime, our showroom features extensive vignettes and display installations that show how different tiles look in real-world applications.
